Frederick City officials says road work will take place in that area.
Frederick, Md (KM) Some lane closures are planned for Yellow Springs Road.
The City of Frederick says the center lane of Yellow Springs Road between north of Old Farm Drive and 500 feet south of Turscanney Drive will close starting on April 1st. . This will allow for road widening, curb work and the installation of a traffic signal at the Yellow Springs Road and Tuscanney Drive intersection.
Motorists will follow a new traffic pattern along north and southbound Yellow Springs Road.
The work is expected to continue through October.
The City says Yellow Springs Road and Tuscanney Drive will remain open for through traffic during the duration of this work.
