Md. State Police are investigating.
Frederick, Md (KM) Maryland State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash which killed two people.
On Tuesday morning at 11:10, troopers responded to the ramp from Route 80 to northbound Interstate 270. A preliminary investigation determined a Toyota RAV4 attempted to exit on to the ramp when it went off the road and overtured. The driver and passenger in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. State Police say they are withholding their identities until next of kin are notified.
The ramp from Route 80 to northbound I-270 was closed for a period of time following the crash.
