Three are co-defendants.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury returned seven indictments on Friday.
One was against Mera Nicole Fraley, 33, of Frederick who is charged possession of cocaine and paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and resisting and interfering with an arrest for an offense which occurred on June 22nd, 2024.
Three people were indicated as co-conspirators.
*Sierra Elizabeth Keith, 22, of Frederick, who is charged with possession with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine; possession of firearms; possession a rifle/shotgun with a felony conviction; and illegal possession of ammunition.
*Darrick Alexander Wesley Jones, 30, of Frederick, who is charged with possession with intent to distribute,. conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine; illegal possession of ammunition; and another firearms offense.
*Eric Juan Mills, 39, of Walkersville, who is charged with possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine; possession of a rifle/shotgun with a felony conviction; possession; of drugs with a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, and two other firearms offenses.
All three of these defendants are charged for an offense which occurred on June 11th, 2024.
The other indicted are:
*Russell Vanderbilt Matthews, 37, of Mount Airy, Md., who is charged with 1st-degree assault; 2nd-degree assault; a felony offense of influencing a witness; influencing a witness; and nine counts of violations of pre-trial convictions for offenses which occurred between June 34th, 2024 and July 12th, 2024.
*Nathan D. Paulsgrove, 33, of New Market, Md, who is charged with two counts of 1st-degree assault; 2nd-degree assault; and making an arson threat for an offense which occurred on July 4th, 2024.
* Brian K. Motz, 44, of Myersville, Md., who is charged with telephone misuse (repeated calls); electronic communications harassment; harassment as a course of conduct; possession of cocaine; and disclosing a credit card number for offenses which occurred between June 13th, 2023 and September 12th, 2023.
These cases now move to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
