Four Arrested Following Traffic Stop In Frederick County

Authorities say they’re facing firearms charges.

Frederick, Md (KM) Four people were arrested and a handgun was confiscated following a traffic stop Monday in Frederick County.

The Sheriff’s Office says at around 1:45 PM, a deputy stopped a vehicle along Executive Way and Mason Street for a traffic violation. After observing indicators of criminal activity, the deputy conducted a search, and a nine-millimeter Taurus handgun was located. The weapon was reported stolen from Missouri.

All occupants of the vehicle were arrested.   They are identified as Harry Leroy Fisher, 19 of Brunswick, Md.; Zane Robertson, 20, of Point of Rocks, Md,; Sean Wells, 18, of Germantown, Md; and a 17-year-old male juvenile from Germantown, Md.   All of the occupants are charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a minor; having a handgun in a vehicle; having a handgun on their persons; having a loaded handgun in a vehicle; and having a loaded handgun on their persons.

They’re all been released on personal recognizance.
