Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are looking for a suspect in a sexual assault. Luis Fernando Parada, 26, is wanted on several felony charges,including 1st-degree rape and 1st-degree assault in connection with the rapes of two girls.
Police say that Parada is believed to be homeless and staying the Hagerstown area. If anyone sees Parada, they’re asked to call 911..
