Hagerstown Police Investigating Incident Involving A Sex Offense

A suspect has been incarcerated.Kevin Tony Woodley  (Photo from Hagerstown Police)Map of Peleton St In Hagerstown.Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are investigating an incident in the 400 block of Peleton Street on Sunday evening, November 3rd which involved a sex offense, and are asking for help from residents.Authorities say Kevin Tony Woodley, 55, is being held without bond at the Washington County Detention Center. The Maryland Judiciary Case Search says Woodley is charged with being a peeping tom, trespassing,  indecent exposure and indecent exposure to a minor.Anyone in the area who has video surveillance from Sunday, November 3rd between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM which contains footage of suspicious activities or a suspicious person is asked to contact police.
