Second Suspect Charged In Shots-Fired Incident In Washington County

Zion Darnell Randolph, 25, of Frederick is charged with 1st-degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm in a violent crime, having a handgun on his person, and having a loaded handgun on his person..He is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a no-bond status.Deputies say their investigation determined that a vehicle with a woman and her two children pulled into a driveway on Hepplewhite Circle. The two kids and Randolph went inside of a home. After that, two cars pulled up, Bernard Steven Tinsley-Jiggetts, 19, physically confronted the woman outside of the front door of the house.. .Randolph came outside armed with a handgun. Tinsley-Jiggetts fled the scene. Randolph fired several shots.The Sheriff’s Office says Tinsley-Jiggetts is charged 2nd-degree assault, stalking, telephone misuse, false imprisonment and harassment.This incident remains under investigation, and anyone who has information which could help is asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at 240-313-2175.By Kevin McManus
