Hagerstown Police Make Arrest In Domestic Incident

The victim was assaulted with a knife.Hagerstown, Md (KM) A Hagerstown man has been charged following a domestic incident last weekend.  Aisheem Rashad Yarberough, 42, was arrested and charged with 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.Hagerstown Police say on Sunday afternoon at 1:30, officers were called to 300 block of South Locust Street for an assault involving a knife. When they arrived, authorities learned that a woman had been cut on the neck and arm by her boyfriend. She was taken to Meritus Medical Center for treatment of her injuries which were not considered life threatening.Officers say they used surveillance cameras to take Yarberough into custody who was located in the area of South Locust and East Antietam Streets. . He is currently being held without bond.By Kevin McManus
