Death Of Man In Restaurant Altercation In Rockville Under Investigation

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident is asked to contact Montgomery County Crimesolvers.Rockville, Md (KM) Montgomery County Police need the public’s help in their investigation into an assault at a restaurant that led to death.On Wednesday , May 21st, at around 11:52 PM, officers responded to the Silver  Diner in the 12200 block of Rockville Pike for an assault. They located Fredi Torre, 49,  of Gaithersburg who was unresponsive. Life saving measures were begun by officers  until medics arrived. They took Torres to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.His body was transported  to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.Anyone who may have witnessed this incident is asked to contact Montgomery County Crimesolvers.
