Deputies say it happened just after 7:30 on Hidden Hills Lane, when a car went off the road and slammed into a tree. The driver, 20-year-old Daniel Rivera of Berryville, was pulled from the wreckage by bystanders before emergency crews arrived. He was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.
The Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit is now handling the investigation, and officials are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call 703-777-1021.
