Montgomery County Police Seek Suspect in Shooting

Montgomery County detectives are asking for the public’s help after a shooting late Monday night.Frederick, MD (DG) – Montgomery County Police are investigating a shooting that injured a juvenile late Monday night.Officers were called to the area of Tanglewood Park around 11:50 p.m. and found the victim with a gunshot wound. Detectives say the shooting stemmed from a verbal dispute between the suspect and the teen. During the argument, the suspect pulled out a handgun and fired.The victim’s condition has not been released. Police are now urging anyone with information to come forward. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Crime Solvers of Montgomery County.
