A Portion of Ridge Road Will Be Closed Daily Beginning September 8th

Closure will last about a week, weather permitting.Frederick, MD (JK) – Ridge Road will be closed daily between U.S. 40A and Ridge Crest Drive beginning on or about September 8, 2025 for approximately one week, weather permitting. This closure will be a day closure between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A signed detour will be in place.The closure will allow the Frederick County Department of Highway Operations to replace a failing culvert pipe at 7031 Ridge Road.
