Local college is hiring for an Associate Vice President for Human Resources (AVP for HR) to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the Human Resources unit and serve as the Title IX liaison for employees of the college. The AVP for HR reports to the Vice President for Talent and Culture and is the direct supervisor of the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Compensation and HRIS Specialist, and the Administrative Assistant to the AVP of HR. The AVP for HR utilizes varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
Salary: $123-135K/year
