INTRO: A body of a 10-year-old Malayshia (muh-LAY-zhuh) Alford was found in the trunk of a car in an apartment complex in Lindenwold, New Jersey. Caprice Williams, a foster parent of Alford, has been charged with homicide and other crimes related to the death on Thursday. Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney Ashley Toczylowski (tah-kzil-oh-skee) spoke to reporters discussed how they were able to figure out who to arrest in the passing.
