The Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families, in partnership with Goodwill’s Veteran Services Center, will host Mission Maryland 2026: Veteran Resource & Career Fair on Saturday, November 7, in Frederick at 1750 Monocacy Boulevard from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The event will connect veterans, active-duty service members, military families and caregivers with employers, education and job training opportunities, benefits assistance and community support services.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with employers and workforce partners about career opportunities. A veterans’ benefits claims clinic will also be available from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Those seeking claims assistance are encouraged to reserve a spot during registration, as space may be limited. Job seekers can also upload a resume when registering.
Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families Secretary Ed Rothstein says the event brings employers, benefits experts and community organizations together to help veterans and their families access meaningful careers, earned benefits and support services.
The event is part of Maryland’s effort to strengthen resources for the more than 350,000 veterans and over 131,000 active-duty, National Guard and Reserve service members and their families across the state.
