Suspect Arrested For Stabbing A 16-Year-Old Girl In Frederick County Monday Evening

Sophia Karrina Judd (photo from Brunswick Police)Brunswick, MD.  (DG) – An 18-year-old woman is under arrest for stabbing another teenager Monday evening  in Brunswick.Brunswick Police responded to the area of Terrace Avenue for a report of a stabbing around 11:40 PM. Officers found a 16-year-old girl suffering from stab wounds. She was taken to an area hospital and is in stable condition.After their initial investigation, Brunswick Police were able to identify Sophia Karrina Judd, from Brunswick, as the suspect. She was placed under arrest and taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.Judd has been charged with attempted 2nd degree murder, 1st degree assault, 2nd degree assault, and reckless endangerment. She is being held without bond.
