Damascus Man Charged With Rape, Sexual Abuse Of Three Girls

Irvin Ariel Portillo, 28, is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit. He is charged with 2nd-degree rape, 3rd degree sex offense, and other offenses.Police say they began an investigation on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, into the rape of a teenage girl allegedly by Portillo.    Detectives say during the course of their investigation, two other victims were identified.Investigators are asking anyone who has additional information or believes they are a victim of Portillo to contact the  Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigation Unit at 240-773-5400..By Kevin McManus
