DPW says it’s expected to cause traffic delays in the area.Frederick, Md (KM) A resurfacing project is underway on Hayward Road.The Frederick City Department of Public Works says the project got started on Wednesday, July 31st, and is expected to be completed by August 21st, 2024.. It will cover Hayward Road from Thomas Johnson Drive to Arrowhead Drive.DPW says during the project, motorists should expect reduced travel lanes and dusty conditions. Drivers are urged to plan for potential delays and use caution when traveling through the work zone.By Kevin McManus
