FREDERICK, Md. – A regional fiber outage has left Frederick County Government’s non-emergency phones without service.Calls to the emergency 9-1-1 center are not affected by the outage.The outage affects desk phones. If you need to reach someone at a County office, please call a cell phone number when possible, or send an email.It remains unknown how long it will take to fix the fiber.A notice will be sent when service is restored.
