Sykesville Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

(BW)- The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on Wednesday, Mar 27 for possession of child pornography.Aedon Reckner, 21, of Sykesville, was charged with eight counts of possession of child pornography.Deputies executed a search warrant at the residence of the suspect around 5 a.m. Wednesday.Electronic devices were seized at the scene.Reckner was taken to the Carroll County Detention Center, but was later released on a $5,000 bond.An Internet Crimes Against Children Investigation developed evidence that led to the search warrant at Reckner’s home. The investigation into this case began in December 2023.
