Another Great Season of Frederick County High School Basketball Comes to a Close

As the final buzzer sounds on another exciting season, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible teams, players, coaches, and fans who made Frederick County High School Basketball so special this year.

On the boys side, two Frederick County programs made unforgettable runs deep into the Maryland State Playoffs. The Frederick Cadets battled all the way to the 3A State Semifinals, while the Middletown Knights advanced to the 2A State Semifinals. Both teams represented the county with pride, determination, and championship-level effort all season long.

And on the girls side, the Frederick Cadets also made an outstanding run, reaching the 3A State Quarterfinals and showcasing the strength of Frederick County girls basketball on one of the biggest stages in the state.

These teams gave us thrilling moments, clutch performances, and games that will be remembered for years to come.
