Frederick County Board of Education Holding Virtual Meeting To Discuss Waverly Area Redistricting Plan

This is an opportunity for school board members to ask and answer questions.Frederick, Md. (BW)- The Frederick County School Board will hold a virtual meeting Thursday, November 16 to discuss four proposed plans for redistricting school boundaries.The potential changes could affect between 200 and 2,800 students at Frederick High School, T-J High School, West Frederick Middle School, Crestwood Middle School, Whittier Elementary School, Waverly Elementary School and Orchard Grove Elementary.To see the full details of the redistricting, click here.The meeting will be held on Google Meet from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.There will be no public comment during this meeting.The vote to decide which redistricting plan will be implemented is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 6.
