CHAMBERSBURG, PA (JK) – A man wanted in Texas on serious child sexual abuse charges has been arrested in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
Henry Jimenez‑Hernandez was taken into custody in the early hours of March 18 after deputies received credible information indicating he might be in the Chambersburg area. Local authorities quickly launched surveillance and coordinated with federal partners, as well as law enforcement agencies in Harris County, Texas.
Jimenez‑Hernandez had been wanted for allegations of continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. Franklin County deputies say the arrest was carried out safely and without incident.
He is now set to be extradited back to Texas to face the pending charges.
