Man Shot To Death Outside Bar In Funkstown

Hagerstown, Md. (DG) – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the murder of a man outside a bar in Funkstown.At around 12:40 AM April 11, 2023, deputies responded to Joker’s Bar and Grill on West Baltimore Street for a shooting.When police arrived, they found a outside the bar with gunshot wounds.
