This role oversees Field Service, Technical Support, Service Coordination, Parts, and Training—ensuring responsiveness, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across North America.

This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned service operations professional with experience managing technical teams in commercial or mission-critical environments such as data centers. While HVAC experience is preferred, candidates with a strong track record in field service, technical support, and customer operations in high-reliability industries will be considered.

Assembles metal products partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties in reasonable & productive time frames

The Biorepository Technician I will assist in shipment & receipt, the retrieval and preservation of biological samples that arrive daily or are stored in the repository.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to
Monitoring of freezers:
Respond to freezer alarms in accordance with standard operating procedures
Monitor freezers, refrigerator and room temperatures as assigned by Manager
Receive biological samples:
