Frederick, Md. (DG) – Drivers in Frederick County should prepare for overnight lane closures along Route 15 starting this weekend.
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration says crews will install new guardrail between the Potomac River bridge and Mountville Road in Point of Rocks beginning Sunday night.
The project is expected to last about a week, weather permitting. Work will take place overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., with single-lane closures in place.
A flagging operation will keep traffic moving in both directions through the work zone.
