The Intake Registration Specialist assists with care coordination and is focused on utilizing a team based approach to improve outcomes for all patients. The Intake Registration Specialist is responsible for an array of responsibilities varying from accurately and professionally answering a multi-line telephone system, data entry, addressing patients’ and clinician requests/concerns, and processes incoming insurance referrals, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling , and performs other related departmental duties which may not be listed in the position description.
