A West Virginia man wanted on more than 100 charges involving child sexual assault and incest has been captured in Pennsylvania.
U.S. Marshals report 44-year-old Lawrence Downing fled West Virginia after charges were filed by authorities in Jefferson County. Investigators tracked Downing to Darby, Pennsylvania, where members of the U.S. Marshals Service in Philadelphia and the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested him in the 600 block of Pine Street.
Downing was wanted on 118 counts tied to child sexual assault and incest allegations.
