


Frederick, MD (JK) – The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a fourth suspect in connection with a November 2, 2025, shooting at a home in the 6600 block of Seagull Court that seriously injured a 21-year-old man.
Deputies originally responded to a reported assault that was upgraded to a shooting. The victim was found inside the residence with gunshot wounds to the chest, leg, and hand and was flown to a regional trauma center.
Following a months-long investigation, detectives identified multiple people believed to have been involved.
The latest arrest came June 16, when 21-year-old Khirias Williams of Falling Waters, West Virginia, was taken into custody in Ocean City with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force. He is charged with attempted home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, and accessory after the fact.
Earlier arrests included 36-year-old Marquis Williams of Falling Waters, 35-year-old Shianice Govan of Hagerstown, and a 17-year-old male from Falling Waters.
