This role is a key member of the Extended Site Leadership Team and will play a critical role in shaping a proactive, high-performance safety culture within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
As the site EHS leader, you will be responsible for setting the vision, driving execution, and ensuring compliance across all EHS, sustainability, and security programs. The Office Coordinator is a hands-on, multi-functional role that blends light facilities maintenance, routine cleaning and upkeep, event planning, and administrative support for Orases headquarters. This in office role is responsible for maintaining office operations, interacting with vendors and service providers, coordinating facilities vendors for specialized work, personally performing light maintenance and cleaning tasks, supporting team and client events, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The position requires on-site presence and a high degree of reliability, organization, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to anticipate needs, exercise initiative, and move forward independently without waiting to be directed. Regular local driving required for supply pickups and errands. Perform other duties as assigned.
Wage Range: $25.00 – $32.00/Hour

Director of Career Development and Experiential Education (2171144)
The Director of Career Development & Experiential Education supervises and directs the day-to-day activities and functions of the Center for Career Development and Experiential Education, including career services, experiential learning opportunities, and other high impact practices. The Director serves as a member of Provost Council and, as such, shares in the responsibility of upholding the academic mission of Hood College and is an important part of the Provost’s leadership and advisory team. A cornerstone of the mission under the Director’s oversight is promotion, advancement and assessment of high-impact learning experiences at Hood College, which are strategic focus for the institution.
Salary: $63-70K/year
Responsible for transporting material to jobsites via flatbed trailers and/or box trucks. Will ensure safe conditions for co-workers and other ground personnel, as well as safe transport of materials, including securing all loads properly before transport. Also responsible for performing production functions within the plant when not delivering material to the jobsite.
