It will allow the lifting of HVAC units on to the roof of a building.Frederick, Md (KM) The City of Frederick says Citizens Way between South Market Street and South Court Street will be closed on Monday, August 25th.The closure will take place between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM to allow the lifting of HVAC units to the roof of a nearby building.During that time, the exit at the parking deck will remain open.By Kevin McManus
