LEESBURG, VA (JK) – Two juveniles have been charged in connection with an armed robbery outside the Bank of America at 505 E. Market Street, according to the Leesburg Police Department.
Police say the robbery occurred between 10:30 and 11 p.m. on June 17 while the victim was using the ATM. Two suspects allegedly approached, demanded money, and one displayed a firearm. The victim handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, and the suspects fled. No injuries were reported.
Following an investigation, detectives charged one juvenile with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. The second juvenile faces charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and possession of a firearm. Additional charges may be pending.
