Cleyver Grajales Guillen
A Loudoun County man convicted of sexually abusing a child under the age of 13 will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Thirty-five-year-old Cleyver Grajales Guillen was sentenced Thursday in Loudoun County Circuit Court to the statutory maximum of two life sentences plus 20 years in the Virginia Department of Corrections. A jury found him guilty in January following a five-day trial. The case began in March 2025 after Virginia State Police received a report from the victim’s mother.
Investigators determined Guillen sexually assaulted the young girl, who was known to him. Prosecutors sought the maximum sentence because of the severity of the crimes.
