A Frederick County Sheriff’s Office traffic stop has resulted in one arrest and the seizure of approximately 16 grams of cocaine.
Deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 26 near Monocacy Boulevard around 9:45 on August 4, 2026, following traffic violations. A K9 scan produced a positive alert, leading to a search that found crack cocaine, cocaine residue and drug paraphernalia. The driver, Shelly Hungerford Reboulet, and passenger William Eldridge, both 51, were issued criminal citations for drug possession.
Passenger David Green, 49, of Baltimore, was taken into custody and is being held without bond. Green faces charges including possession with intent to distribute cocaine, resisting arrest, and obstructing and hindering.
