
A Hagerstown man is facing multiple drug and firearms charges following a search warrant executed Friday in the 500 block of North Locust Street. The Washington County Narcotics Task Force, assisted by the Washington County Special Response Team, Hagerstown Police Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office, conducted the search as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Investigators reported seizing approximately 85 grams of cocaine, 35 grams of fentanyl, $4,346 in cash and a Taurus handgun. 25-year-old Naquan Chung of Hagerstown was arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center.
Chung faces multiple charges, including possession with intent to distribute narcotics and fentanyl, possession of controlled dangerous substances, illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, and possession of a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking crime.
The investigation was conducted with assistance from the Washington/Baltimore High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area region.
