The U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force and the Martinsburg Police Department are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on a felony cocaine distribution charge in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
Rayvaughn Emory, 31, of Delaware, is wanted in connection with the case. Investigators say Emory was previously stopped in a vehicle while carrying a large quantity of narcotics.
Authorities say Emory may use the aliases or street names REZ or VON.
Although Emory is wanted in Berkeley County, investigators believe he may have left West Virginia and could now be in the Hagerstown, Maryland, area.
