Winchester police have arrested a 25-year-old man following a sexual assault investigation in the downtown walking mall.
Officers responded shortly before 1 a.m. September 27th and spoke with the victim, who was taken to Winchester Medical Center. Investigators collected video footage and used an anonymous tip to identify Pedro Domingo De Leon of Winchester. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging him with sexual assault violations.
De Leon is being held without bond at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.
