A Berkeley County judge has sentenced Martinsburg’s Andrew Knox to 15 to 45 years behind bars following his convictions on two felony sexual abuse charges.
The Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says Knox was convicted of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and Sexual Abuse by a Parent, Guardian, Custodian, or Person in a Position of Trust. Knox will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Once released from prison, he will also serve up to 50 years of supervised release, with supervision continuing for the remainder of his life.
