INTRO: Vice President J-D Vance rallied in Rome, New York, today (Monday) … where Republican nominee Anthony Constantino is locked in a tight race against Democratic candidate Blake Gendebien (JENN’-duh-bean) to replace Republican Representative Elise Stefanik. The vice president claims the Democratic nominee doesn’t represent the people of Rome.
