Flying Dog Tap House Opens At BWI

It will offer Flying Dog beers & beer-flavored foods.

 

 

Baltimore, Md (KM) A business based in Frederick has a presence at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. A Flying Dog Tap House will provide a variety of beers produced at the local brewery, along with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

HMSHost will own and operate the tap house under an agreement with Flying Dog Brewery.

In an announcement from Fraport, which develops and manages food, beverage and retail operations at BWI and other airports, the tap house will be located on Concourse A, and have a “robust” selection of Flying Dog beers from Maryland’s largest brewery. It will also have dinner entrées with ingredients from regional partners, including Roseda Farm and Tessemae’s All Natural Dressings. Some of the offerings on the menu are Roseda beef sliders with garlic aioli made with Flying Dog Snake Pit Dog IPA; wings with a Double Dog Double IPA buffalo sauce and a Bloodline Orange Ale  BBQ sauce; Snake Dog IPA beer-battered shrimp with Old Bay remoulade; and all-beef hot dogs from Roseda Farm with a Doggie Style Pale Ale beer cheese.

The restaurant will be open 4:30 AM till 10:45 PM.

Other new businesses opening at BWI include Phillips Seafood, Diva by Cindy, @ease,  La Boutique and N-Y-S Collection.
