Authorities say the suspect held up the pharmacy.
Urbana, Md (KM) The investigation continues into the robbery of the a Giant Food store on Wednesday evening.
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says a man entered the store on Sugarloaf Parkway in Urbana, and approached the pharmacy counter. He told an employee that he had a gun and demanded all of their narcotics. The suspect was given an unknown amount of drugs and then left the store. No weapon was displayed.
Investigators say the suspect is white male, with a beard, who was wearing sweatpants and a dark hooded sweatshirt with a Cummins Diesel logo on the back. Deputies conducting a search of the area found a Cummins Diesel sweatshirt discarded on a roadway near the store. They believe it belongs to the suspect.
