The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says it will have an increased presence around Middletown High School as a precaution after a man was arrested on Wednesday for indecent exposure. Xueming Yan, 65, of Middletown, was taken into custody at the BP Station on Main Street.
Deputies say an investigation determined that Yan exposed himself to a student at Middletown High on Wednesday afternoon as she was walking in the area of Martha Mason Drive and the middle school.
He was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
