Frederick Police are investigating a shots fired incident that happened late Tuesday night.
Police responded to the 1100 block of Key Parkway at the Windsor Garden Apartments shortly after 11 PM for a report of shots fired.
When officers arrived they were not able to find a victim. Witnesses were located and interviewed but they denied any knowledge of a shooting and were not cooperative.
A female who said she was assaulted was located at the scene and had sustained minor injuries.
