It occurred at the Frederick K-Mart.
Frederick, Md (KM) Two Myersville residents are charged with shoplifting from the K Mart on West Patrick Street in Frederick. Pamela Ann Clark, 49, and Franklin Eugene Tinney, 56, were arrested at the store on Friday night.
Police were called to the establishment at around 6:46 PM for a shoplifting complaint, and saw the two just outside of the store. They were taken back inside to the security office. Several items taken from the store were recovered.
Authorities say Tinney was charged with theft less than $100. He was issued a criminal summons and released him from the scene. But Clark is charged with theft less than $1,000. She was taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
