Frederick, Md (KM) The public’s help is needed in identifying a suspect in a theft scheme at several pharmacies in the area.
Frederick Police say the individual is a white male, about 25 to 35 years of age with partial facial hair, and a tattoo on his forearm. He’s been known to carry a black backpack with a large silver or white cross.
Police says he’s wanted for questioning.
