Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have charged a Mount Airy man with drug possession counts after a quantity of narcotics were found in his car. Eugene L. Marshall, Jr., 42, was arrested Friday morning.
Officers were dispatched to East All Saints Street at around 10:15 AM for a suspicious vehicle. They found Marshall unconscious in the driver’s seat. After he was awakened, police say they saw signs of drug abuse.
Marshall was placed under arrest, charged with possession of cocaine in sufficient quantities to indicate intent to distribute; possession of cocaine; and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute.
Authorities say a search of Marshall’s vehicle netted a large amount of cash, packages of synthetic cannabinoids, four grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and three cell phones.
