FREDERICK, Md. (DG)-Frederick Police arrested a man late Thursday night for assault after they received a destruction of property complaint.
Officers responded to the 600 block of North Market Street after a witness said a group of people threw stones at her car window.
Arriving officers were told 19-year-old Tabius Bowie struck the witness and stole her friend’s shoes off her feet.
Bowie was taken into custody and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with assault and robbery.
