Frederick City officials say electricity has been restored.
Frederick, Md (KM) In a news release, the City of Frederick says the William Talley Recreation Center has reopened. The center was closed for a time on Monday due to a power outage.
The Talley Recreation Center is located at 121 North Bentz Street.
