Frederick Police Make Graffiti Arrest

The suspect was caught in the act.

Frederick, Md. (KM) Frederick Police made a graffiti arrest on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers say they were dispatched to Hill Street Skate Park at around 5:07 PM  for a juvenile spray painting city property. The cops caught the kid in the act, and took him into custody.  He’s charged with malicious destruction of property.

The youth was transported to the police station for processing, and then released to a parent. Police say they are not releasing the juvenile’s name due to his age.

A representative from the City of Frederick was contacted about the damage so that it could be cleaned.

Police are thanking citizens who called in and reported the incident.
