State Police Investigating Thefts From Vehicles

They occurred last week in Mt. Airy


Mt. Airy, Md (KM)  The search is on for a suspect who broke into several vehicles in Mount Airy last week.

State Police say Resident Troopers from the Westminster Barrack responded at around 6:00 AM on Tuesday, September 13th  to the Twin Arch Crossing Neighborhood on Back Acre Circle. They learned through investigation that 15 vehicles were broken into, and that credit and debit cards, checks books, cash and other items of value were taken during the overnight hours.

Investigators believe the thefts took place at around 4:00 AM.

The suspect’s image was caught on video while using stolen bank credentials. He’s a tall, dark skinned male with tattoos on his forearms.
